Security Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity and Risk Project Manager to lead strategic security and risk initiatives in a highly regulated financial environment.

Work setup: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity and risk management projects, from planning through delivery and closure
• Manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives with ownership of scope, budget, timelines, and delivery quality
• Define and maintain project roadmaps, risk registers, governance reporting, and executive dashboards
• Drive GRC activities, including risk assessments, criticality assessments, and control mapping
• Coordinate internal and external security audits, including evidence collection, audit preparation, and follow-up actions
• Track remediation plans and risk treatment actions to ensure audit readiness and compliance progress
• Align security controls and project deliverables with ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS frameworks
• Collaborate with business, security, compliance, and audit stakeholders in a regulated environment

Must-have requirements:

• Strong experience in cybersecurity project management within complex enterprise environments
• Proven expertise in risk management and GRC
• Hands-on experience coordinating internal and external audits
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS frameworks
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Professional fluency in English and French
• Dutch required, or at least basic proven knowledge
